The company’s proprietary programmatic performance exchange provides advertisers looking for new customer acquisitions access to the largest distribution network of online marketing experts, specializing in display, social, native, search and contextual traffic.
Clickbooth has created an ideal springboard for substantial growth and leadership in the programmatic performance marketing industry.
Over the course of the last two years, the founder, a serial Internet entrepreneur, had progressively disengaged from operations, paving the way for a transition.
He asked Results International to run a sale process with the objective of selecting a strong financial partner to back Clickbooth’s management that would buy in the vision and help accelerate growth.
Results International was appointed to evaluate the Company’s options.
Results leveraged its knowledge and relationships with top tier growth equity investors and trade buyers to identify the most appropriate financial partners for Clickbooth.
Following well targeted introductions, Clickbooth received significant interest from a number of strategic and private equity firms looking to take advantage of the strong uplift in the performance marketing space, and add compelling and effective advertising capabilities to their portfolio.
Results managed a competitive process and negotiated strong terms for the seller.
