Based in New York City, Resolute Digital is a leading full service digital transformation and marketing agency specializing in web design, Google Analytics, SEM and SEO. Resolute serves a range of blue-chip clients across diversified industries including healthcare, financial and professional services, retail, and education.  A member of IPG, Weber Shandwick is one of the world’s largest public relations firms with 4,000 employees in 79 cities and 34 countries.

The transaction highlights the growing trend of public relations firms adapting to the digital age. Resolute brings to Weber Shandwick deep capabilities in digital transformation as well as in analytics, which will help extend the service offerings beyond core public relations services to a Fortune 500 clientele in the United States and internationally. Results ran a selective process that included management consulting firms, media holding companies and private equity sponsors as there is wide interest for talented digital agencies of scale in major metropolitan markets. Ultimately Resolute found in Weber Shandwick an acquirer that was best suited to foster management’s growth and provide the support Resolute needs to be a marquee name in digital transformation and marketing.
