Join The Team

We’re always looking for the best and brightest to join us at Results International, our clients and our continued success rely on great people with a keen eye for what makes our markets tick

Our latest roles:

Senior Analyst/Analyst 2/3 M & A – marcoms and technology practice

As a firm Results International has grown year on year for the last three years across each of our sectors finishing 2017 with a record year. With over 50 people world-wide and 30 in London alone, clients tell us we are presenting a compelling argument to deliver their mandates. Staffed currently by a range of excellent team members at all levels with strong corporate finance skills and expertise, we have many interesting live projects currently and you would be straight into execution work with the usual continuing business development work alongside.

The Senior Analyst or experienced analyst will work closely with a Director and a Partner in a deal team and be responsible for supporting all elements of the deal process as well as managing significant work streams on their own. With much client exposure and the need to develop relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external this role carries a high degree of responsibility towards deal success. Transactions are UK and European based and joint mandates won with our New York office are also growing. This is an excellent opportunity to move into corporate finance from possibly an accounting background.

The ideal individual will either be an ACA working for one of the top-tier accounting firms in London or an Analyst looking for a move into sector specialisation or a boutique firm. You might have transaction services experience, be looking to make a move into M & A with a specific interest in our sectors, or already be working for another advisory firm. Either way, you’ll be highly conversant with financials and able to model with a high degree of skill. You might be keen to move out of a backroom role into one which is much more client-facing. Experience or knowledge of the Digital/Marcoms or Tech markets is very helpful, although more important is the demonstrable interest and enthusiasm to learn.

We have a unique culture here at Results, we like to work hard and have fun too. We only work hard when our clients need it and not because we want to impress others in the office. We have a wide range of social activities including our annual ski trip and genuinely enjoy each other’s company with a really relaxed atmosphere at work. So, if this culture sounds appealing, the role plays to your strengths and aspirations, you want a high degree of autonomy and to forge the next step in your career please get in touch with our HR Director via JNewellBrown@resultsig.com and send your CV through.

The role will be based at our London office located in the west end.

The salary for this role will be competitive and applications will close on 26th February 2018.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Ideally you’ll be working the tech market in corporate finance advisory currently and  you’ll be used to managing the whole deal cycle from pitch preparation to close. You may be with an investment bank or a Big 4  firm and seeking a more entrepreneurial environment, where you can make a real mark. You may be at an early stage in your career as a VP and want to take the next step to develop your learning but either way you’ll have a passion for M & A and want to do the very best for your clients as well as your career.

You’ll be both passionate and knowledgeable about the technology markets and M & A and be keen to further your career with a serious tech team.

Experience & other skills required:

  • Experience in technology or related sector and a strong desire and interest in developing their career in this sector.
