Aspiring Candidates

If asked "why M&A at Results?" any Analyst and Associate will tell you there are great early opportunities for client exposure and stakeholder management, that they do something different and face new interesting challenges every day.

As an aspiring M&A candidate, you are likely to be working on deals as soon as you join the firm. Working closely with a VP or Director and Partner in a deal team, you'll take responsibility for supporting all elements of the deal process as well as managing workstreams on your own. This role contributes significantly towards deal success. We value strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication, drive and determination as well as the ability to work as part of our team.

For our healthcare team, we look for good life sciences academics as well as a demonstrable interest in M&A.

Analyst, Healthcare

Associate, Technology

As an Associate in the team, you will already have honed your M&A skills in a similar environment, and want to gain or develop a sector specialisation, or you may wish to get into M&A, having had good exposure and experience either in transaction services or in-house. Either way, a boutique advisory firm is your planned next step.

Analyst, New York

This position provides an opportunity to develop analytical, financial, and execution skills, while getting real client exposure. This Analyst will work directly with Partners of the firm in New York and will also support the team in London.
