Corporate Finance Associate – M&A advisory – Technology

We are now CG Results and comprise the Technology and Healthcare team in the CG advisory practice but remain in our own offices in Fitzrovia.

So being able to demonstrate an interest in and some experience of the tech sector will be all-important.

As an Associate you will immediately be working closely with a Director or MD and Partner in a deal team, responsible for supporting all elements of the deal process as well as managing work streams on your own. With significant client exposure and the need to develop relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external, this role carries a high degree of responsibility towards deal success.

You’ll hone your research, process and client-facing skills in understanding your sector fully; with a high level of attention to detail, financial and people skills alongside you’ll fit seamlessly into the team and your priority will be to learn as much as possible from the talented people around you.

You’ll have experience of working in M&A advisory either as an Analyst or an Associate or exceptionally you may have worked in transaction services or similar elsewhere. Candidates are welcomed from both routes but either way you need to show an understanding of and enthusiasm for the Technology sector. Entrepreneurial spirit is always a significant advantage in our firm.
