CG Results International is pleased to announce its role as the exclusive financial advisor to QinetiQ, a FTSE 250 multinational defence technology company, on the sale of its procurement software and consultancy solutions business, Commerce Decisions, to Harris Computer, a division of Constellation Software.

Commerce Decisions has become a market leading provider of eProcurement software and consultancy, enabling some of the largest and most complex procurements around the world. Combining its leading evaluation software with high-end advisory services, Commerce Decisions is trusted with the most significant and mission critical procurement mandates in both the public and private sectors.

With clear synergies and complementary capabilities, the acquisition by Harris Computer will offer Commerce Decisions greater opportunity to develop new technology and to grow in new markets.

This is the second transaction CG Results has completed for QinetiQ including the divestment of Boldon James to HelpSystems. It evidences our strong track-record of being trusted by the world’s largest public companies to execute successful divestment strategies.

CG Results have once again delivered a very successful project...they ran a highly efficient process that achieved a positive outcome for us against enormously pressing timelines. Their style throughout was exemplary, with positivity, strength and courtesy shown to all those involved
