CG Results Healthcare is delighted to have been the exclusive advisor to Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a leading international private equity firm, on its investment in Prime Global Medical Communications, a global medical communications and market access group, in partnership with its founder and management team.

This buy-side transaction highlights the value of CG Results Healthcare’s excellent sector knowledge to private equity and is a testament to its reputation and international network.

Prime Global is an active player in a market that is poised for rapid growth as a result of increased spending on pharmaceutical research and development and outsourcing by pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. It employs more than 250 people and has offices in the U.K., the U.S., and satellite locations in San Diego, Germany, and New Zealand. The company will continue to be run by the existing executive team led by Founder and CEO, Graeme Peterson.

Prime Global will be the fifth investment from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Europe II, SCSp.
