We are delighted to announce that CG Results International acted as exclusive financial adviser to LivingLens, the leading video feedback platform, on its acquisition by Medallia, the global leader in experience management. Video feedback is one of the most powerful innovations in experience management today, and the acquisition will enable Medallia to add video feedback from customers and employees to its existing capabilities within social, voice, app and web.

With offices in Liverpool, London, New York and Toronto, LivingLens adds video feedback to the mix of signals customers and employees generate on a daily basis. Its SaaS solution is used by leading brands, insight specialists and technology providers, to capture and analyse video insights in a single platform. The solution enables users to extract meaning that drives better decision making from executives to frontline employees.

The transaction underlines CG Results’ strong track record in advising disruptive SaaS businesses on strategic exits and investment rounds with US counterparties, and our capabilities within marketing technology and the broader marketing eco-system.

CG Results International worked tirelessly on our behalf to deliver a fantastic deal for our shareholders, in a really fast timeframe. The experience and effort of the team were huge assets for us.
