We are delighted to announce Results International has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Planning-inc on its acquisition by Next Fifteen Communications Group PLC (“Next 15”).

This transaction reinforces our long-established and unrivalled experience in marketing services, having advised on over 200 deals in the sector over 25 years.

Founded in 2001, Planning-inc is a London-based predicitive analytics and data specialist business with an impressive list of clients such as Argos, M&S and Sony. It will continue to operate as an independent brand within the Next 15 network with its senior management team continuing to lead the business.

Planning-inc uses data science and analytics to inform and design great marketing programmes, and fits well with Next 15’s strategy of investing in technology and data-driven marketing.

After first meeting Results we were convinced they were the right advisors to guide us through the sale process. This was new territory for our management team but they made it as straightforward as possible, and were always available to support us when we needed help. The team has excellent knowledge of the buyer market and strong industry connections, and they helped us find the perfect fit for our business. Once we got into due diligence I was constantly impressed by the detailed analysis undertaken by the team, and they ensured we remained on track for very tight completion timelines. I can’t recommend Results highly enough.
