We are delighted to announce that Results International has acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Unlimited Group, on the divestment of the US division of Health Unlimited to Next Fifteen Communications plc (AIM:NFC).
Health Unlimited’s US Division is a 25-year-old NY-based health consultancy and communications agency, it will join MBooth, an existing agency of Next15 and rebranded as a separate agency MBooth Health. Timothy Bird, CEO of Health Unlimited, will continue to lead the agency and its roster of clients at MBooth Health. The UK Division of Health Unlimited and the agency name will remain within the agency portfolio and future strategy of Unlimited Group. Earlier this year Unlimited Group acquired Realise Unlimited (previously Model Citizens) to provide advanced data and analytics expertise. Realise Unlimited, which helps brands make data-driven decisions and has delivered over £250 million in incremental benefits for its clients, sits at the heart of the group and will continue to maximise client profits.
Unlimited Group provides digital and technology-based marketing solutions globally, including digital transformation, customer experience, brand identity, CRM/data unification, viewability/measurement, and predictive analytics.
The divestment of the US division of Health Unlimited further emphasises Unlimited Group’s UK-growth strategy. In the past 18 months, Unlimited Group acquired three UK marketing and technology companies, including analytics consultancy Realise Unlimited (fka Model Citizens).
