Dylan brings more than 20 years’ experience in investment banking to the CG Results technology team and has been with Canaccord Genuity since 2006. Dylan started his career at TM Capital in New York in 1999 and has a degree in Finance and Accounting from New York University.
Dylan lives in Reigate with his wife and three young children who keep him busy at weekends.
Richard joined the firm in September 2014. Richard has more than 10 years technology sector M&A experience, principally advising fast-growth and disruptive B2B software and technology services businesses. Prior to CG Results, Richard spent nine years at KPMG across the M&A, transaction services and audit functions.
Richard is a chartered accountant and holds a First-Class honours degree in Economics and Politics from Bristol University.
Outside of work Richard enjoys spending time with his ever-growing young family and playing and watching sport (in particular Arsenal and the England cricket team).
Mark has 15 years of M&A experience and has spent the majority of his career in the Technology and Media sectors. Mark joined CG Results in 2012 from Ingenious Corporate Finance and prior to that KPMG Corporate Finance.
Mark has spent his entire career advising high growth and disruptive companies on mergers and acquisitions, fund-raisings and strategic options and is passionate about helping the leading minds in advertising, technology and media generate value for their years of hard work.
Mark also has extensive experience advising large global corporates make exciting and pivotal acquisitions in the European market and is highly experienced in leading cross-border transactions both east and west of the UK.
Mark has a degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds and speaks French. Outside work he enjoys cooking and experiencing as much of the world as possible.
Kunal is a Managing Director and joined CG Results in 2016. He has over 15 years of corporate finance experience working at investment banks including Bear Stearns and Macquarie in their M&A and debt advisory teams. Prior to joining CG Results, he worked at IQVIA as a Director in the Corporate Development team, where he was responsible for the origination and execution of strategic and inorganic transactions.
Kunal has accumulated experience on a range of transactions across industry sectors, representing and advising clients that include some of the leading pharma companies, private equity funds and founder-led businesses. His focus in recent years has been on pharmaceutical outsourcing transactions including contract research and manufacturing.
He holds degrees from the London School of Economics and the University of Chicago.
In his spare time, Kunal is kept well occupied by his two young daughters and playing taxi driver over the weekend.
Kevin joined the firm in 2012 in response to client demand for a dedicated healthcare practice. Kevin has over 30 years’ experience working in the healthcare sector, principally with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, business consultancy and M&A transaction advisory companies. He has been involved in the successful transaction of many businesses, acting as advisor to investors, major pharmaceutical, biotechnology as well as service companies to the life sciences industries.
During his career Kevin has held senior positions in pharmaceutical research, alliance management, business development and transactions. He has worked at Hoechst (Sanofi), Quintiles (IQVIA), Roche Pharmaceuticals, Inpharmatica and PharmaVentures.
Outside of work, Kevin is kept busy walking his two Shetland sheep dogs round the Chiltern Hills.
Julie is the Managing Partner at CG Results, and has been with the firm since 2012. Julie has nearly 25 years’ experience advising technology, digital media and marketing services companies on M&A and fundraising. Prior to joining CG Results Julie spent 12 years in US investment banks, most recently Jefferies where she was a Managing Director in the London office.
During her career Julie has advised on a wide range of transactions with strategic buyers as well as growth equity, private equity and VC investors. Most of the transactions have been cross-border, with a particular emphasis on highly strategic deals with US acquirors.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys getting outdoors (walking, cycling, running, skiing – enthusiastically rather than quickly) and drinking good wine (both enthusiastically and quickly).
James joined CG Results in 2013 and is a member of the Securities Institute and a Chartered Accountant.
He gained his ACA qualification in 2003 and went on to work as Finance Director for a London based brand consultancy before moving back into a corporate advisory role specialising in the marketing services and technology sectors.
James spent over a year on secondment to a senior corporate lending team in a major city bank working with the team on structuring deals and offering strategic advice to their customer base.
James has acted as the client facing manager on numerous disposals, acquisitions and fundraising assignments for listed and private clients in the marketing services and technology sectors and takes a keen interest in developments in the market and new technology.
David joined CG Results Healthcare in 2019, and has 20 years of investment banking experience, having begun his career at ING Barings. David has advised clients across private and public markets on pharma services, healthcare infrastructure, care services, medical technology and cross-border transactions.
For the last 9 years, David has specialised in healthcare M&A, most recently at DC Advisory as an Executive Director and Healthcare lead, where he co-ordinated an international team of healthcare and life sciences specialists. Clients have included public companies (Instem plc, UDG plc, System C Healthcare plc), Private Equity funds (August Equity, Livingbridge, Graphite Capital) and infrastructure funds (Antin Infrastructure Partners, iCON Infrastructure).
David received an MA Hons in History from the University of Edinburgh.
Chris brings more than 25 years’ technology M&A and fundraising experience having started his career in the height of the DotCom boom, and joined in 2014 after working with entrepreneurs, investors and corporates across software, technology services, and cyber security at JPMorgan, KPMG and Arma Partners.
In his spare time Chris enjoys spending time with his family, running, cycling, and is a long-time supporter of Torquay United.
