Aline joined CG results in 2021 and works closely with the team on technology and marketing deals.

She holds a Bsc in International Management from King’s College London and has previously interned in Private Equity at CITIC Capital and in audit at PwC.

Outside of work Aline enjoys sporty activities such as rowing and crossfit. She also enjoys learning new languages, and is currently studying mandarin.

Charlotte joined CG Results in early 2023 as a Vice President in the Technology team. Originally hailing from London, Charlotte has spent the majority of her life in New Zealand where she called Wellington home. Prior to moving back to London and joining the CG Results team, she spent 6 years working at Cameron Partners (the New Zealand alliance partner of Rothschild & Co) working on a broad range of buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates for public and private clients across a range of sectors. Before moving into M&A advisory, Charlotte started her career at EY in the Consulting division.

She holds a Bacherlor of Commerce majoring in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics from the University of Otago.

Outside of work, Charlotte loves spending time with London-based friends and family, preferably over a delicious meal and is excited to get acquainted with the London restaurant scene. As a newly minted marathon runner, Charlotte has now sworn off running but enjoys keeping fit through gym classes and pilates.

Phillip joined CG Results in March 2022 as a Vice President and has approximately seven years of experience within technology investment banking.

In previous roles, Phillip worked at a transatlantic investment bank advising founders, Private Equity and Boards on M&A transactions and capital raises, with a focus on B2B Data, Analytics and Software. Prior to that, Phillip started his career at Kroll (fka Duff & Phelps) working on various valuation and corporate finance engagements.

Phillip speaks Spanish and German and holds a MSc degree in European Political Economy from the LSE.

Tim graduated with First-Class Honours in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, where he was heavily involved in the student investment fund in addition to squash and cycling.

Tim enjoys travelling and exploring new restaurants in his spare time. If not, Tim is most likely seen on a squash court.

Desmond joined CG Results in 2023 after completing an internship at Alantra in the Tech, Healthcare, Real Estate and Consumer sectors. Prior to that, Desmond held a fellowship with the Oxford Sustainable Development Lab as a sustainability consultant.

Desmond graduated with First-Class Honours from the University of Glasgow and recently received an MSc from Oxford University, funded by the Economic and Social Research Council. At Trinity College Oxford, Desmond was a member of the rowing team and the Fund Raising Officer for the Oxford Diplomatic Society.

Demond enjoys playing football in his spare time, having played for his local team FC Rosengård in Malmö, Sweden.

Prerna Khemlani joined CG Results in 2022 as an Analyst in the Healthcare team.

Prerna is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant. She started her career at Deloitte within the firm’s Audit & Advisory practice specialising in audits of investment managers and private equity firms. She then moved into industry where she joined the in-house finance team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.

Prerna holds a MSci in Pharmacology from University College London (UCL). She grew up in Spain so is fluent in Spanish and English, as well as conversational in French and German.

Outside of work, Prerna is a One Young World Ambassador and also the founder of This Girl Invests, an online platform encouraging women to start investing, which has been featured on Glamour UK and Cosmopolitan UK.

Christelle is a bilingual French pharmacist with a PharmD in Analytical Chemistry and 30 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors. Her professional career started in quality and regulatory compliance roles in Sanofi and Astra Zeneca before she joined PwC’s pharma consultancy practice. In 2008, Christelle co-founded BioPhorum, the collaboration network for senior executives of the biopharmaceutical industry. BioPhorum completed successful private equity funding rounds in 2018 and 2021.

Christelle has detailed knowledge of biopharmaceutical development, manufacturing and new product introduction, and a track record of successfully delivering complex international consultancy projects for pharma and biopharma clients across organisation design, process re-engineering, product launch, quality remediation and time-to-market reduction. 

Outside work, she enjoys skiing, running and walking her Norfolk Terrier around the parks of London.

Fern joined CG Results in April 2022 as a PA to the Managing Directors and supporting the Office Manager. Her previous position was at a Law Firm where she worked there for over 2 years looking after the office.

She started out her career as a Personal Trainer in Lancashire, before deciding to make the big move to London, inspired by her sister. Upon her move to London, she completed a Legal PA course which pushed her into the direction of Office Management and PA focused work.

Outside of work, Fern enjoys getting stuck into a detective novel or television series. She still enjoys keeping fit by weekend runs in Epping Forest and her evening spinning classes.

Nigel is Head of Finance at CG Results and has been with the firm since late 2021. Nigel has more than 20 years experience in controllership roles, working in the property, media and telecoms sectors; most recently spending 11 years in a SaaS based VOIP telephony company. Nigel holds an MBA from Henley Business School.

In his spare time Nigel has designed and built his house, enjoys music of all types and undertakes motoring themed road trips across Europe.
