Ian joined CG Results in 2019 as an advisor, having worked with the team as a client previously. Ian has over 25 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals from a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, through early roles in branded pharma companies, before moving to CDMO 20 years ago. In that time, he has worked for Catalent as President, Oral Technologies and as CEO of Aesica and Famar and currently as CEO of Porton Biopharma.

Ian has also recently worked with UK Government leading the healthcare team of Innovate UK and also as a member of the UK Vaccine Task Force. His experience spans product development, tech transfer, manufacture and business development and licensing and strategy.

Outside work Ian likes to be busy – he enjoys travel, sailing and cycling.
