Roland Blondel has over 35 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, principally in Manufacturing Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain Management and BD International positions.

He started his career in the pharmaceutical industry in 1982 with Sterling Drug, where he stayed until 1995 in various positions from procurement manager, plant manager to Logistics Director of Sterling Midy France. Roland subsequently joined Pharmacia as Director for SCM and Purchasing for Pharmacia France. He had Global External Supply and Europe Manufacturing Operations responsibilities within Pharmacia Global Supply up to its acquisition by Pfizer in 2002. Between 2003 and 2016, Roland held various senior management positions at Pfizer, including VP Europe for Pfizer Global Manufacturing, VP Global Supply Business Development and most recently VP Global External Supply.

Roland holds an MBA from Dijon Business School.

Roland started collaborating with CG Results in August 2018 focussing on M&A projects within Pharma Industry.

Outside of work he is into intensive biking and running.
