Tallat joined CG Results in July 2021 and focuses on transactions in the Technology sector. He brings nearly 15 years of experience in M&A, private equity, and strategic advisory, and has previously worked at firms such as EY and LDC. Tallat’s focus has been advising shareholders, founders, and Boards of fast-growth technology businesses with fundraisings, acquisitions, and strategic exits.

Tallat has a BEng in Aerospace Engineering from Loughborough University and an MA in Management from the University of Durham Business School.

Outside work, Tallat enjoys playing sports, reading, and spending time with his young family.
